FACIALS ADVANCED 2 CERTIFICATION

The Top Layer Facial Advanced 2 — 2 Week Certification Course builds upon Facial Advanced 1, beginning with a review of advanced skin analysis, consultation, corrective treatment planning, product selection, facial techniques and professional treatment choreography before progressing into advanced facial modalities and specialty tools. Throughout the two-week program, students develop practical knowledge of Galvanic Desincrustation and Iontophoresis, High Frequency, LED Light Therapy, the professional use of facial tools such as ice globes, and other specialty facial implements. Students learn the purpose and principles behind each modality, including appropriate client skin selection, contraindications, treatment settings, sequencing, sanitation, safety and how to appropriately integrate technology into a customized facial treatment. Practical training focuses on Galvanic Desincrustation for softening and preparing congested skin for extractions, Iontophoresis for supporting the delivery of appropriate water-soluble products, High Frequency as an adjunct for acne-prone and post-extraction skin, and LED Light Therapy for customized skin-supportive treatments. Students also explore how professional facial tools can enhance the client experience. Techniques using ice globes and other specialty tools are incorporated to provide cooling, soothing and finishing elements while developing a more elevated facial experience. Emphasis is placed on treatment layering and advanced facial choreography—teaching students not simply how to operate individual modalities, but when, why and in what sequence to use them based on the client's skin condition and treatment goals. The course combines theory review, advanced modality education, instructor demonstration, supervised hands-on practice, model services and case-study experience, providing students with the confidence and practical skills to progress from customized facial treatments into advanced technology-enhanced professional facials.
