As the visionary behind Top Layer Skin Care, Mandy Hassan founded the brand with a mission to create high-performance skincare products and advanced aesthetic treatments that empower individuals to feel confident in their own skin. Her passion for education, innovation, and client-centered care continues to drive the growth and success of Top Layer across Western Canada.

Amanda Hanna is the skincare expert, researcher, and product developer behind Top Layer Medi Spa & Laser Clinic in Edmonton.

A summary of her background and work includes:
  • Clinical & Dermatological Experience: She has spent over 30 years collaborating directly with dermatologists to develop targeted treatments aimed at correcting complex skin conditions.
  • Proprietary Manual Techniques: She is globally recognized for designing the signature Top Layer Clinical Facial and advanced manual manipulation and lifting lymphatic drainage massage techniques.
  • Product Development Leadership: Leveraging her background in the lab, Amanda developed cutting-edge, clinical skincare lines formulated with naturally sourced ingredients and advanced delivery systems.
  • Advanced Modalities: She delivers non-invasive epidermal and dermal therapies including deep-penetrating chemical peels, microneedling, nano-infusion mesotherapy, and dermaplaning.
